Addressing anti-Semitic hate crimes and the security needs of Jewish communities
16 May 2017
Anti-Semitic hate crimes have a profoundly negative impact on everyday lives of Jewish communities and individuals. They infuse fear and a sense of insecurity among them. As part of its Words into Action to Address anti-Semitism project, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) works with governments, parliaments and civil society groups in the OSCE region to help build their capacities to prevent and respond to such crimes and effectively address the security needs of Jewish communities.
