Voices for change: OSCE Youth Workshop on the Development of a Social Media Awareness Raising Campaign on Youth Crime Prevention in Albania - Call for Applications

Are you a young person aged 18-25 from Albania passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Do you want to contribute to shaping a national social media awareness raising campaign to prevent youth involvement in criminal activities?

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is inviting young people from Albania to participate in a one-day workshop on 15 April 2025 in Tirana. The workshop will bring together youth from Albania to discuss and develop concrete ideas for the design of a social media awareness campaign aimed at preventing youth involvement in organized crime, corruption, and drug use.

Why Participate?

  • Network with Peers and Experts – Engage with peers and professionals in the area of crime prevention, law enforcement, and social media.
  • Fully Covered Costs – OSCE will cover relevant expenses, including meals during the event, materials, as well as accommodation (if needed) and reimbursement of ground travel for participants outside of Tirana.

Who Can Apply?

  • Young people aged 18-25 (by 14 April 2025) from Albania
  • Experienced or have demonstrated interest in the topics of social media, as well as organized crime, corruption and drug use prevention
  • Motivated to contribute to a social media awareness-raising campaign
  • Active and engaged members of their local communities with an interest in promoting lawfulness and integrity among peers
  • Available to participate in person during the event
