Miroslawa Boryczka
Ms. Miroslawa Boryczka is the Director for Management and Finance, ensuring efficient and effective management of non-staff resources in support of OSCE programmatic activities, and providing policy guidance and advice across the Organization.
She joined the OSCE after nearly 30 years of working in national and international environments and brings substantial expertise in managing public organizations and supervising financial institutions to the role. During her time in the Polish civil service, she held positions such as Director General at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Science. She has also served as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Polish pension institution and as a member of several supervisory boards, including banks and a development agency.
Most recently she was the CFO of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, managing the budget and finances of the civil part of the Organization. Before that, she contributed to strengthening public governance and financial management through her work at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
