This edition of OSCEval News is dedicated to the 2020 Quality Assessment of OSCE Evaluations. The assessment is part of OIO’s efforts to strengthen the OSCE’s overall evaluation culture, to improve the quality of evaluations conducted in the OSCE, and to enhance the use of evaluations for decision-making, programming, and organizational learning.
