Good governance in local self-governments in Montenegro
This monitoring report on good governance in local self-governments in Montenegro in 2013 contains information on Montenegro’s compliance with the principles of good governance in local self-governments in such areas as citizens’ participation in decision-making process, co-operation between local self-governments and non-governmental organizations, and transparency and accountability of local self-governments. The survey was conducted in 21 Montenegrin municipalities in the period from June to October 2014.
The report is intended for representatives of local self- governments and non-governmental organizations to further enhance the transparency and accountability of local self-governments.
