A Short Guide to Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection
A Short Guide to Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection" is a guide to the rights which appear to be opposed at first glance but are actually complementary rights belonging to all citizens. The aim of this guide is to provide the citizens with answers to the most important and frequent questions raised in connection with the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and the Law on Personal Data Protection, in a clear and simple way. The short guide should be considered as an introductory and framework material intended for the widest range of citizens. It can be used by the citizens to find out what are their rights, how those rights can be exercised, and who they can turn to if those rights are violated. The publication is available in Serbian language.
