Manual for teachers of civic education for primary school for the second cycle of education

The OSCE Mission supported the Institute for improvement of education in writing comprehensive Manuals that will help teachers in delivery of the new concept of the civic education, introduced in Serbian schools gradually, throughout 2018 and 2019. The Manuals covers four areas of the civic education: human rights, democratic society, processes in the contemporary world and civic activism.  The aim of these publications is to give teachers wider insight in  the above mentioned areas, to clarify the most important issues and to provide the ideas how the teachers can implement the activities with students. Their aim is also to instigate the teachers to explore further different teaching techniques.  The Manuals are part of the OCE Mission’s wider efforts to support enhancing the rule of law values among youth.
