Analysis of Judicial Response to Discrimination Challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina
“Analysis of Judicial Response to Discrimination Challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is the first document which offers a qualitative analysis of judgements in anti-discrimination lawsuits in Bosnia and Herzegovina and shows trends in judicial implementation of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination.
The document quotes a large number of key sections of reasons provided for the adoption of the judgements, and it may serve not only as training material for judges and lawyers, but also as guidance to judicial professionals and relevant non-governmental organisations in their work in the field of the fight against discrimination.
