Fourth OSCE Regional Center opens in Kosovo

PRISTINA, 8 January 1999 - The OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission will open the fourth regional center (RC4) in Gnjilanje on Saturday, 9 January 1999 in the presence of Ambassador Gabriel Keller, Acting Head of OSCE Kosovo Verification Mission and Yuri Kotov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

Journalists are welcome to participate in the opening ceremony, which will take place in the RC4 Center Main Hall at 14,00 hrs.
