OSCE roundtable on education in Peja/Pec, 9 February

PEJA/PEC, 8 February 2000 - A roundtable discussion on educational issues will be held by the OSCE Regional Centre in Peja/Pec on Wednesday, 9 February 2000.
The roundtable is open to the public and is a part of the OSCE's aim to raise the public awareness on issues relevant for the interim and future government.
Ten educational experts, representatives from the interim government, school principals, teachers and representatives from the parents' association will discuss the main problems of the educational system in Kosovo and Peja/Pec in particular.
After the panel discussion the audience will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions.
The roundtable on education will be held in the Electro Kosova building in Peja/Pec, Wednesday, 9 February at 15:00. The press is welcome to attend.
