Respect for human rights is a universal value and principle to which all OSCE countries have committed. Educators and trainers play a central role in shaping this understanding. ODIHR has developed a number of educational and communications resources to promote respect for diversity and mutual understanding, and to assist educators working in a range of professions in providing training to monitor and protect human rights across the OSCE region.
