The High Commissioner's thematic work explained in short animated videos
The OSCE High Commissioner’s thematic Recommendations and Guidelines cover the most relevant and sensitive policy areas related to national minority issues. They take into account lessons learned from the national experiences of OSCE participating States and draw upon the expertise of the successive High Commissioners. Developed in co-operation with renowned experts and partner institutions, they offer participating States a useful toolbox for designing and implementing policies that ensure the successful integration of our diverse societies. These short animated videos present the content of the High Commissioner’s thematic Recommendations and Guidelines in just two minutes. Each video is available in: Albanian, English, Macedonian, Romanian, Russian, Serbian and Ukrainian.
