Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Bert Koenders presents the the Max van der Stoel Award 2016 to Alev Tuğberk and Kyriakos Pachoulides, co-presidents of the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research, a Cyprus-based non-governmental organization that works on using history teaching as a tool for reconciliation in Cyprus, The Hague, 24 October 2016.
