The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 3/16 on the date of the 2016 meeting of the Heads of Verification Centres. Situation in and around Ukraine (Ukraine, Annex 1; Russian Federation, Annex 2). Distribution of revised food-for-thought papers and proposals for Vienna Document Plus draft decisions regarding Chapter IV, Contacts, on pooling and improving the co-ordination of contact measures (FSC.DEL/34/16/Rev.1 OSCE+) and on reporting on measures in accordance with the Vienna Document (FSC.DEL/35/16/Rev.1 OSCE+) (Germany, Annex 3).
