Security Dialogue: Security Issues In The Baltic Sea Region: – Mr. O. Kverno, Dean of the Royal Danish Defence College, Copenhagen; – Ms. M. Kosiura-Kaźmierska, Deputy Director, Security Policy Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland. The Forum for Security Co-operation adopted Decision No. 2/16 on enabling the provision of assistance to OSCE Partners for Co-operation using procedures outlined in the OSCE Documents on Small Arms and Light Weapons and Stockpiles of Conventional Ammunition. Situation in and around Ukraine (Russian Federation, Annex).

Security Dialogue: Implementation of the Joint Government of Montenegro/OSCE/UNDP Montenegro Demilitarization Programme (Mondem): – H.E. M. Pejanović-Đurišić, Minister of Defence of Montenegro; – Lieutenant Colonel N. Luković, Ministry of Defence of Montenegro; – Ambassador J. Hřebíčková, Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro; – Ms. F.
