Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson extended condolences to Denmark and Egypt (Partner for Co-operation) in connection with the recent terrorist attacks in Copenhagen and Libya. Latvia-European Union also offered condolences to Denmark in connection with the terrorist attack in Copenhagen on 15 February 2015. Presentation by Mr. R. G. Presentation by Mr. P. Griffiths, Head of Secretariat, Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies (Spain, Annex 1; Switzerland, Annex 2).
