  • 714th Plenary Meeting of the Forum for Security Co-operation
    The Chairperson, on behalf of the Forum and Ireland-European Union (FSC.DEL/57/13), offered condolences to the United States of America with regard to the bombing at the Boston Marathon. The United States of America thanked the Forum for its expression of sympathy. Opening statement of the Lithuanian FSC Chairmanship by Ambassador Dalius Čekuolis, Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. Briefing on a series of surprise inspection measures conducted in March 2013 to assess the combat effectiveness of forces in southern Russia (Russian Federation, Annex).
