General Bibliography
The Convention on Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE, adopted in December 1992, has been the subject of several international colloquiums and numerous studies published in international directories and legal journals. These studies span from the preparatory work that has led to the creation of the treaty to the various potentialities that it yields, or address more general issues of collective security in Europe.
The Court offers with this first systematic bibliography an inventory of all these diverse sources. It is aimed not only at encouraging scientific research, but constitutes a useful working tool for diplomats and jurists, and in particular, legal advisers of the OSCE participating States.
The views, opinions, conclusions and other information expressed in this document are not given nor necessarily endorsed by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) unless the OSCE is explicitly defined as the Author of this document.
