SOFIA, 28 June 2004 - The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy, today welcomed the outcome of the presidential elections in Serbia.
"We are confident that the election of the new President will contribute to the consolidation and stabilization of democratic institutions in Serbia and strengthen the country's reformist course and European orientation," the CiO said.
"We look forward to close co-operation with the new President of Serbia."
