OSCE PC on Ukraine, reports by Personal Envoy Guldimann and Acting Chief Monitor Kobieracki

The Personal Envoy of the Swiss OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on Ukraine Ambassador Tim Guldimann briefed participating states and senior OSCE officials on Thursday 10 April 2014, at 10:00 in Vienna, on his latest visit to Ukraine and discussions with key parties on the ground. Guldimann's briefing was followed by the first interim report of Acting Chief of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Adam Kobieracki, and the introductory presentation of the newly appointed Chief Monitor Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan of Turkey.
