Opening session - 2018 OSCE Annual Security Review Conference

The OSCE Annual Security Review Conference aims at providing a forum for a deep and wide-ranging discussion on current security threats and challenges for Europe and the role of the OSCE in successfully addressing them. Under the motto of the Italian OSCE Chairmanship “Dialogue, Ownership, Responsibility”, the opening session set the scene for the overall Conference.
