This Report is based on a visit to Ireland by the OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Maria Grazia Giammarinaro from 30 January to 02 February 2012. This was the first visit of the Special Representative to Ireland and as such afforded an important opportunity, during the Irish OSCE Chairmanship, to hold consultations with key stakeholders on Ireland’s recent experience in tackling human trafficking and to support ongoing anti-trafficking efforts as the country starts developing its second National Action Plan.
