OSCE Chairperson condemns Moscow metro attacks, offers condolences

ASTANA, 29 March 2010 - The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Kazakh Secretary of State and Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev condemned today the bomb attacks on the Moscow metro system during Monday morning rush hour that killed at least 35 and wounded scores of innocent people.
"I am deeply shocked by these inhumane attacks, and I condemn them harshly," said Saudabayev. "In this hour of sorrow, I offer my deepest sympathies to the families of the victims, and to the Russian people and government."
