This K9 promotional video highlights the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina’s efforts on the development and strengthening of K9 units in BiH, emphasizing their critical role in ensuring safety across the country. The video showcases the support provided to law enforcement agencies through the project Addressing Security and Safety Risks of Illegal Possession, Misuse, and Trafficking of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW) and their Ammunition in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including specialized K9 training, equipment, and strategic guidance. Special focus is placed on the role of K9 teams in detecting SALW, ammunition, and explosives, and their vital contribution to building safer communities. From hands-on drills to national competitions, it reflects the dedication, precision, and trust between handlers and their service dogs.
