OSCE simulation-based training on combating human trafficking along migration routes: The first Russian-language event

In September 2018, the first Russian-language simulation-based exercise on combating human trafficking along migration routes took place at the Regional Hub for Countering Global Threats of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the training organized by the Office of the OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, 58 police officers, investigators, prosecutors, migration officials, labour inspectors, public social service providers, lawyers and civil society representatives from 14 OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation enhanced their skills to respond to human trafficking scenarios reconstructed by actors. The video is produced with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan and the OSCE Office of the Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings.
